Faye O'Meara states "I have never been an artist who sticks to just one medium. I have a BFA in Fibers from Massachussetts College of Art and while I still weave, sew, felt and collage, in the last seven years I have found an increasing facination with found wood sculpture. Though the methods and materials are quite different from my textile work, I feel that there is a surprising continuity in my aesthetic choices.
